Who We Are

Founded in 2021, Soulshine Digital was brought to life from a passion for social media that turned into a love for learning how to effectively market businesses through creative design and impactful strategies. Over time, we evolved into a full-service digital marketing agency, helping businesses stand out online through SEO, paid ads, content marketing, and web design.

Our Marketing Agency is based in Crowborough, East Sussex, UK, nestled in the beautiful Ashdown Forest near the Kent border and also closely bordering West Sussex. Our convenient location near cities like Brighton and London allows us to serve businesses in Uckfield, Nutley, Heathfield, East Grinstead, Tunbridge Wells, Lewes, and beyond. But we don’t stop there—we’ve worked with clients across the USA, Spain, Canada, and more, making an impact worldwide.

  • What's your favourite thing about working at Soulshine Digital?


    Well, having founded Soulshine Digital by myself, it’s super fun being able to work every day in something that I created from scratch, with a great team!

    What does a typical day of work look like for you?


    As much as I’d love to say I make the most of the freedom of business ownership… I love structure & routine. I typically like to start my day at 9am getting stuck into emails & admin, then getting stuck into client work, communications and day to day business management for the rest of the working day. Balance is super important to me, I’m still working on finding it.

    Describe your favourite kind of clients to work with

    I love to see passion in businesses! So anyone who has a really great story behind why they do what they do. Lately I’m loving working with local family-run businesses.

    What's your go to drink/coffee order?

    Ooh that’s tough! I like to keep a few on rotation – Usually it’s an iced caramel latte, iced matcha, or some sort of cool CBD kombucha type drink.

    Favourite place/country you've visited?

    I’ve been lucky enough to visit quite a few countries, if I had to pick a top 3 I’d say Egypt, Australia & Aruba.

  • What's your favourite thing about working at Soulshine Digital?

    My favourite thing about working at Soulshine Digital is the wide variety of clients I get to work with and the range of different projects I get to take on! I really enjoy being creative and coming up with original ideas for content and strategies. I also love collaborating with Georgia & Jaidean, particularly when it comes to brainstorming ideas.

    What does a typical day of work look like for you?

    I tend to start my day slightly late at about 11:30, as I’m a night owl and I often come up with some of my best ideas at random times. I go and grab my breakfast, then normally head straight to my desk without letting my phone tempt me into scrolling. In the mornings, I like to prioritise admin tasks, like team catch ups, responding to client messages, booking meetings or scheduling content. In the afternoons, I often do lengthier tasks and deep work, like content creation or writing for SEO. I work as a freelancer which I love for the flexibility it gives me.

    Describe your favourite kind of clients to work with

    I’m a huge animal lover, so I love to work with clients that have animal-related businesses or charities. I’m also a big mental health advocate with ADHD, so any organisations that promote mental health or work in that field really mean a lot to me.

    What's your go to drink/coffee order?

    I normally have a few drinks on my desk… water for hydration, a smoothie or protein drink for energy, and also sometimes a drink for fun (like a diet coke or a fruit tea). If I’m in a café, I’ll usually order an iced vanilla latte with oat milk.

    Favourite place/country you've visited?

    I only recently went abroad for the first time, and I spent a month travelling Thailand. It’s an amazing country with a great culture, so I’m looking forward to returning in the future. Every weekend, my boyfriend and I love going to our local forest for a walk, as I love being amongst the trees.

  • What’s your favourite thing about working at Soulshine Digital?

    The creativity is a big one, I really enjoy making content for great clients and working with a team that’s genuinely lovely, or being able to work in my pyjamas wrapped in a fluffy blanket… that’s always a plus.

    What does a typical day of work look like for you?

    No two days are ever the same, which I love. Most of the time I’m working on something creative, chatting with clients and probably dropping a bit of nonsense into the team chat😅 Being freelance means I can work whereever & whenever I want, so usually I’m at my desk or working from my bed, cosy vibes only! Or outside, if the English weather permits.

    Describe your favourite kind of clients to work with:

    I always love working with animal-focused or beauty/fashion brands. There’s so much room to get creative, and there’s never a shortage of fun ideas to bring to life. Plus… cute animals? Say less 🥹

    What’s your go-to drink/coffee order?

    I don’t drink coffee (don’t come for me😂), but I’m tea-obsessed, with sugar ofc. I also love an iced lemonade and honestly, water just hits sometimes.

    Favourite place/country you’ve visited?

    Ooh, I’m way too indecisive to pick a favourite, but how about two places on my bucket list? Paris and Edinburgh are both featured on my Pinterest “travel” boards (for very different reasons) and both in the works for next year… if I haven’t jinxed it 🤞🏼
